Ford Financial is an umbrella brand name for FCE Bank plc which, from its headquarters in Brentwood, Essex, UK, has operations in 19 European countries. As an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of Ford Motor Company the Company plays an important role in supporting the sale of Ford, Jaguar, Land Rover, Mazda and Volvo vehicles in Europe through the dealer networks for each of those manufacturers. The Company offers a variety of retail, leasing and wholesale financial products to support this objective. Financial products primarily are offered through one of the following finance brands: Ford Credit, Ford Bank, Jaguar Financial Services, Land Rover Financial Services Limited, Mazda Bank, Mazda Credit, Volvo Car Finance and Volvo Auto Bank.

In addition, the Company's Worldwide Trade Financing division provides wholesale stocking finance facilities to dealers and distributors in countries where typically there is no established local Ford presence. The Worldwide Trade Financing division currently provides finance in over 70 countries.
