Ford Financial Europe (FFE) has successfully worked with Ford to select Yapi Kredi Bank (YKB) to launch Ford-branded ( FordFinans) retail financing in Turkey. YKB began providing FordFinans in February, with the prime objective of increasing customer and dealer satisfaction.
"This agreement provides many benefits," said Tom Henau, retail finance manager in Turkey. "In particular it will provide branded and best-in-class retail financing to Turkish customers. This is proven throughout the world to drive customer satisfaction and brand loyalty."
FordFinans involves a single financial institution, YKB, offering financial services through a one-stop-shop concept. As part of the agreement, YKB will offer daily visits to each dealer by a team of over 100 dealer representatives, seven-day-a-week customer call center availability and a fully branded online in-dealership system, among other services.
"These are important elements in our drive to become a best-in-class automotive financial services provider in Turkey," said Tom. "This arrangement with YKB will help us differentiate ourselves in the marketplace to promote our products, drive customer loyalty and vehicle sales."
