Applications to the Ford Financial Business Training Programme for Graduates in the UK should be made on-line via our central recruitment website at: www.isitpartofyou.co.uk (go to logon) . Your on-line application will be screened and successful applicants will be invited to an Assessment Centre. The Assessment Centre involves participation in a number of exercises designed to assess the skills that Ford Financial are looking for. Successful candidates will be offered a place on the Programme conditional on attaining a degree, and passing our pre-employment screening.
