The Programme

The Graduate Programme
As part of our Business Training for Graduates you will initially spend time gaining an understanding of our core business. For UK based graduates, this will include a range of placements including our Customer Service Centre in St Albans, Sales, Marketing, Insurance and Risk. Graduates will also spend 3-6 months working on a business improvement project. This frontline on-the-job training will be invaluable to prepare you for future managerial appointments.

Training
We have a structured skills training programme, multi-media training modules, and to broaden your European strategic awareness you will also attend an Induction Programme, that brings together Ford and Ford Financial graduates from across Europe. It is designed to extend your understanding of the business, and to assist you in developing an informal network of contacts spanning the entire European organisation.

Alex Garrod-C.Europe & N.Markets

I mainly joined for the international travel opportunities, and the role has certainly lived up to expectations. In five years I've travelled regularly between 14 countries working on business-critical projects, so I'm constantly being exposed to cultural experiences. At the moment I'm the middle man between Central Europe and New Markets (Russia and Saudi), looking at development requirements and creating specifications for different businesses based on their individual needs. I think Ford Financial offers a genuine chance for graduates to prove themselves, and it's important to take that chance, you may not get another one this good.
